Overview:
Sometimes your brain has simply had enough. You’re frustrated, overwhelmed, overstimulated or stuck, and figuring out what to do next feels impossible. The Emotional Reset Sheet gives you somewhere to put all of that before trying to solve it.
Purpose:
To help you slow the moment down, identify what’s going on and work your way toward a next step. Not every emotion needs fixing. Sometimes you just need enough space to understand what you’re feeling.
How to Use:
- Print a few copies or use on your tablet
- Grab the sheet when emotions start getting loud.
- Write down what happened and what you’re feeling.
- Work through the prompts without worrying about having the “right” answer.
- Identify what might help right now, even if it’s something very small.
- Come back to the situation when you feel ready.
Features:
- Guided space for getting emotions out of your head
- Helps separate what happened from how it feels
- Encourages a pause before reacting
- Creates space to identify what you might need next
- Simple enough to use when your brain is already overloaded
