Overview:

Purpose:
To give yourself one focused block of time to knock out the small stuff that’s taking up way too much space in your head. You’re not trying to conquer your entire life. You’re just seeing what you can move forward in one hour.

How to Use:

• Print a few sheets or use on your tablet. 
• Brain dump the little tasks that have been hanging around.
• Pick the ones that can realistically be tackled during your Power Hour.
• Set a timer.
• Start moving through them one at a time.
• When the hour is over, stop. Whatever you accomplished counts.
