Write It & Trash It Sheet

Overview:
Sometimes your thoughts just need to get out. You're spiraling, ruminating, or replaying something on a loop, and it's taking up space it doesn't need to. The Write It and Trash It Sheet gives your brain somewhere to dump it, so you can actually let it go instead of carrying it around.

Purpose:
To give racing or repetitive thoughts a physical exit. Not everything in your head needs a plan or a solution. Sometimes you just need to get it out of you and decide what happens to it next.

How to Use:

• Print a few copies of the sheet or use it on your tablet
• Grab the sheet when your brain won't stop looping on something.
• Dump it into the blank space, no filter, no editing.
• Choose a release action, whatever feels right for that thought.
• Actually do it: rip it, toss it, shred it, or set it aside.
• Notice how you feel once it's out of your head and off the page.
